Qualifications

• Experience with CNC or manual machines including lathes, mills, Swiss, and OD/ID grinders.
• Able to perform set ups and operate CNC or manual machines per specifications.
• Maintain documentation and logs of daily operations and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Performs set ups and operates CNC or Manual (Lathes/Milling/Swiss/Grinding-OD/ID) machines to produce precision parts.
• Follows procedures, troubleshoots routine issues, and supports training and continuous improvement.
• Maintains process variables to ensure consistency and quality; logs daily operations.
• Participates in 5S, cleanliness, and safety activities; supports organization of the workstation.
• Collaborates with team members and other departments to meet production goals.
