Projects Inc. seeks a CNC Machinist Mill to set up and operate complex mill jobs in a fast-paced shop for Aerospace and Power Systems. You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and ensure parts meet specifications while maintaining 5S practices.

Required: 3+ years on CNC Mill machines, blueprint reading, and measurement tools; ERP/PC usage; ability to adapt and learn. Second shift differential paid.

Formación

• Must have 3+ years of experience with CNC mill machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiarity with measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Experience with ERP or shop floor computer usage.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate complex Mill jobs without supervision.
• Make adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Read tolerances on blueprints and verify dimensions with precision tools.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineering.
• Maintain 5S practices and follow safety rules.
• Cross-training may be required to learn other duties.
• Enter production data into the ERP system.
