Job summary

The role requires setting up and operating CNC machines, interpreting drawings, and producing components from aluminum and steel with tight tolerances. You will work with Fanuc controls, CAD/CAM tooling where needed, and collaborate with teammates to maintain tooling and quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Fanuc controls experience preferred.
• CAD/CAM experience; Esprit is used at WEISS.
• Strong math and precision machining skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery.
• Interpret drawings to determine tolerances and GD&T.
• Machine aluminum and steel plates and weldments.
• Identify tooling and maintain it; prep dial plates.
• Operate tow motor and overhead crane as needed.
• Provide strong customer support and quality parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
