Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to work with advanced multi-axis machining technology on precision medical device components. The role involves setup and operation of Mazak, Swiss, Haas, and other CNC equipment, reading blueprints, selecting tooling, and ensuring tight tolerances.

You will verify dimensions with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators) and perform inspections at various stages, while supporting continuous improvement and routine

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC machining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation.
• Select tooling and perform offset adjustments.
• Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Maintain tight tolerances and superior surface finishes.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
