Are you an experienced CNC machinist looking for a dynamic and exciting role in the manufacturing industry? We are currently seeking a highly skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our team on a permanent basis. As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, using your skills to produce high-quality parts and components that meet our rigorous standards. Responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
- Using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to inspect and verify the dimensions of parts.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machines and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Performing routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in Industrial Machining, CNC Machining, and the use of precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work well in a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in CNC machining or a related field is a plus.
