THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our CNC Machinists are responsible for the setup and operation of our state-of-the-art CNC machinery, as well as the quality of the industry leading tools we produce. This encompasses our second shift, but training will be conducted for the first few months on first shift.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Create/edit/maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding programs.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspection of product.
• Assist coworkers in keeping equipment running efficiently.
• Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized.

YOU’LL BRING:

• A desire to succeed in a fast-paced, growing company.
• Experience with a Walter Toolstudio, Numroto, Rollomatic, and/or Walter Helicheck a plus.
• Knowledge of cutting tool geometries.
• Ability to follow engineering documents such as:
• Product drawing
• Process sheets
• Standard Operating Procedures

The California pay range for this position is $22+/hr based on experience, qualifications plus commission.
