Job summary

Sharmaservices is seeking a qualified machinist/plant operative to run Mazak and Haas mills and lathes, program with Mastercam or Fusion 360, and ensure parts meet strict tolerances. You will inspect materials, maintain tools, and conduct quality checks while following safety protocols.

The role operates daytime hours, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule, and emphasizes continuous improvement, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in metal fabrication or CNC machining preferred.
• Proven experience operating Mazak and Haas mills and lathes; experience with CNC programming is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Mazak and Haas mills and lathes to meet production specs.
• Program CNC machines using Mastercam or Fusion 360 to create and modify programs.
• Inspect raw materials for quality and monitor tool accuracy through maintenance and inspection.
