Job summary

At Epiroc Drilling Solutions, LLC in Milwaukie, OR, we are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machine Shop. The role sets up and operates CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts with tight tolerances, following blueprints and setups.

You'll work 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with 7:00am–3:30pm, and operate Haas/Okuma machines. Experience with Fanuc controls and measuring instruments is preferred; a strong safety mindset and commitment to quality are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or trade schooling; related CNC experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC operating experience; CNC programming is a plus.
• Familiarity with Haas/Okuma machines and Fanuc controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and alter CNC mills and lathes.
• Evaluate tool wear, make offsets, and load/unload parts.
• Check product specs, handle nonconforming parts, and complete production docs.
• Comply with ISO9001/14001 and OHSAS18001 management systems.
• Return tooling/fixtures to design locations and perform light maintenance.
• Follow 5S+1, LEAN practices, and safety programs.
