Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC milling machines, performing machine setups, and ensuring the precision machining of high-quality components according to engineering specifications. Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 2:00am, offering 3-day weekends.

Salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year

Responsibilities

1. Set up and operate CNC lathes, interpret blueprints, and maintain quality standards.

Physical Requirements

• Wear steel toe shoes.
• Manual lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 8 hours at a time.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with CNC machines and lathes (3 years of experience preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
