Job summary

Collins Aerospace is hiring for an onsite CNC machining role requiring a HS diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience. You will program, operate, and inspect CNC and manual machines, interpret blueprints and GD&T, and ensure quality while maintaining safety standards. Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Certification in core discipline within 4–5 months of employment.
• Certification on multiple programs labeled moderate to difficult.

Responsibilities

• Produce machine parts by programming, assembling, and operating CNC or manual machines.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, work orders, and specifications for material and dimensional needs.
• Assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts into units using mechanical equipment.
• Take measurements and select appropriate machines; set up and adjust processes.
• Conduct inspections and maintain SPC records; follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records and adhere to EHS, Quality, and CI guidelines.
• Work extended shifts/overtime as required.
