Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a CNC Machinist II to operate and maintain CNC machinery, ensure quality, and support engineers in optimizing processes. You will perform setups, inspect parts with precision tools, and coordinate with the production team to meet targets.

The role requires 2+ years of CNC experience, a high school diploma or technical certificate, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment. Onsite schedule: Mon–Fri, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a CNC machinist.
• Able to perform complex setups and adjust programs as needed.
• Read blueprints and interpret tolerances accurately.
• Operate CNC machines in a safe, controlled manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce components and monitor processes.
• Perform quality inspections with precision measuring tools.
• Change tools, adjust offsets, and update programs per specs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and report machine issues.
• Troubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions to maintain quality.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Document production records and logs accurately.
• Collaborate with programmers and engineers to optimize processes.
