Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is hiring a CNC Operator I to run both manual and CNC machines, producing small to medium parts per specifications. This role includes setting up machines, measuring outputs, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace on a Monday–Friday schedule with early shift hours.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and an interest in CNC machining, with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of machining principles and CNC operations.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Basic computer skills for machine operation and data entry.
• Ability to read and interpret basic measurements and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Operates manual machines such as saws, mills, and lathes according to specifications.
• Sets up parts and positions them using fastening devices.
• Uses hand, electrical, and pneumatic tools as required.
• Maintains clean and safe work area and follows safety regulations.
• Performs inspections and reports any nonconformities.
• Completes required paperwork and production sheets.
