• Ability to learn operations of multiple jigs/fixtures and rotate jobs.
• Stand for extended periods and maintain production pace.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up and operates CNC machines per drawings and specifications.
• Studies blueprints, sketches, and samples to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Measures and marks dimensions as guides for machining.
• Secures fixtures, tools, and materials, ensuring proper alignment.
• Monitors machine operation and adjusts controls to correct out-of-tolerance results.
• Verifies finished parts against specs using precision gauges and instruments.
• Completes required paperwork and adheres to safety and environmental policies.
• Rotates through multiple jigs/fixtures to meet production rates.
