Job summary

Prince Industries in Pepperell, MA is seeking a CNC Machinist II to operate CNC milling and turning equipment, read blueprints, and produce precision parts. You will be responsible for loading, measuring with gauges, tool selection, and maintaining quality under ISO standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of CNC experience, plain-English communication, and willingness to work night shifts and weekends as needed to meet customer demand. A high school diploma or technical certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in CNC machining.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC lathes and mills with minimal supervision.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and specifications.
• Loads and unloads raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Uses gauges and measuring instruments to verify tolerances.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the machine shop.
• Participates in continuous improvement and process optimization.
