Job summary

Prince Industries LLC is seeking a CNC Machinist I for first shift in Pepperell, MA. The role involves operating CNC mills and lathes to manufacture metal and non-metal parts under minimal supervision. You will read blueprints, measure parts, and ensure tolerances with standard gauges and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNC machining certification preferred.
• 1 year of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Basic mechanical and manufacturing understanding.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and mills with minimal supervision.
• Read and interpret blueprints to meet tolerances.
• Load/unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Use measuring instruments to verify part dimensions.
• Maintain machine shop organization and participate in process improvements.
