• Two-year degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Experience with CNC machining, setup, and control programming.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and machining specs.
• Understanding of cutting tools, workholding, and precision measurement.
• Troubleshoot problems and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and safety; ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.

Responsabilités

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to manufacture and repair large precision components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specs, and tolerances to plan operations.
• Determine tooling, workholding, and machining sequences.
• Program and adjust at the machine to meet specs.
• Perform precision measurements and inspections.
• Troubleshoot challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Work independently while collaborating with machinists, supervisors, Engineering, and Quality.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and care for equipment.
• Follow customer, quality, and manufacturing requirements.
• Share knowledge and help develop less-experienced machinists.
