Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in CNC Machine Operation.
• Experience in programming with G code required.
• CNC Machine Tool schooling or relative experience preferred.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of understanding blueprint requirements and ability to interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, and pay close attention to details.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of following directions.
• Take responsibility for achieving production efficiency, quality of product and reports discrepant material immediately.
• Demonstrate customer focus by seeking out, understanding, and responding to the needs of both internal and external customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate openly and honestly with others.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
• Program edits and develop programs as directed by Engineering or Management.
• Assemble and operate CNC machines, including 5-axis, to meet specifications.
• Install and align machine accessories and tooling.
• Adjust cutting speed and feeds to meet tolerances.
• Maintain PCS documents and provide feedback for revisions.
• Assist Engineering with PCS maintenance and documentation.
• Document production and quality logs.
• Train others and participate in audits and safety initiatives.
