GWS Tool Group in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a 5-Axis CNC Operator to produce premium carbide tools using 5-axis CNC tool grinding machines and programs. You will set up, program, run, and inspect tools to ensure high precision and tool quality, reading blueprints and applying measurements.

You will handle daily machine setup/offets, monitor quality with measurement tools, and communicate issues to programmers and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; machining certification ideal but not required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• 5-axis CNC setup/operator experience preferred; programming experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Set up and offsets as required.
• Read blueprints accurately.
• Inspect tools for defects using quality tools.
• Program and operate CNC machines.
• Evaluate finished product quality via visual inspection and measurement tools.
• Communicate quality issues to programmers and management.
• Pull material for upcoming jobs.
• Check machinery daily to ensure functionality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
