Job summary

Standex International, a global industrial growth company, is seeking a Machinist for its Spincraft division in New Berlin, WI. You will set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts, following blueprints and PCS. Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM. Requires 3+ years CNC experience, G-code, GD&T, and 5-axis proficiency to troubleshoot and ensure quality. Standex offers a demanding, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years CNC machine operation experience.
• Experience programming with G-code required.
• CNC tooling experience and GD&T understanding.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine setup.
• Operate CNC machines, including 5-axis, and meet specifications.
• Install and align cutting tools and fixtures.
• Make offsets to maintain tolerances and inspect parts.
• Perform daily/weekly operator maintenance.
• Document actions in logs and PCS.
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement PCS.
• Attend meetings and audits as directed.
