Qualifikationen

• Operate a CNC machine following work instructions and drawings.
• Accurately measure parts and record results.
• Read engineering drawings and tolerance requirements.
• Maintain equipment through routine PM and safe work practices.

Aufgaben

• Operate CNC machines within tolerances following work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Change dull tooling and adjust as needed for tooling wear.
• Ensure product quality by OOQ standards using measuring equipment and inspection reports.
• Perform routine maintenance as per daily machine checklist and PM schedule.
• Perform hand finishing.
• Follow GMP/GDP practices and complete routers/cards.
• Maintain safe working practices and report safety issues.
• Achieve productivity targets and seek improvements.
• Record activities in the job tracking system.
• Identify and support continuous improvement activities.
• Identify and support manufacturing issues with Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping in work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
