Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a production environment encouraged.
• Associate degree or machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• Math and reading drawings/blueprints essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines within tolerances per instructions and drawings.
• Change dull tooling and adjust offsets for wear.
• Ensure quality using OOQ standards and inspection data.
• Perform routine machine maintenance per PM schedule.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safe work practices.
• Record activities on the job tracking system.
• Support continuous improvement and issue resolution with team.
