Job summary

Nordson Industrial Coating Solutions is seeking an experienced individual to join our production team in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The role focuses on safe, quality production with machine setup and routine maintenance.

Ideal candidates will have a certificate in machine shop technology and 1–2 years of related experience or apprenticeship, along with strong analytical and mathematical abilities and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Follow established work instructions and company procedures to ensure safe, quality production.
Set up tool registers, mills, lathes, drills, Bridgeport, switches, offsets, and CNC program editing; read blueprints and measure parts with calipers, gauges, indicators and micrometers.
Perform routine machinery maintenance and visual checks on worn parts; maintain inventory of replacement parts.
Cross-train on other equipment as needed.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines in the assembly process.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
