Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC machining experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools.
• Familiarity with G-code, basic programming edits, and machine offsets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills/lathes to produce parts to blueprint requirements.
• Load materials, adjust tooling, and verify machine settings before production runs.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and machining instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor offsets or adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all shop safety procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and weld/fab teams to ensure production accuracy and efficiency.
