Job summary

JX Advanced Metals USA in Mesa, Arizona is seeking skilled CNC Machinists who take pride in quality workmanship, continuous improvement, and teamwork. You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, read drawings, perform inspections, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.

Experience with micrometers/calipers and other inspection tools is valued. A safety-forward, ISO/IATF-compliant shop environment offers long-term career opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC machining experience preferred.
• Experience with CNC milling and/or turning operations.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Adjust tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
• Document production and inspection results.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
• Follow company safety, quality, ISO, and IATF requirements.
