Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of setup experience on manual mills.
• Ability to carry out instructions and give clear feedback.
• General math skills and basic manufacturing knowledge.
• Ability to read work orders and use precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Use calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Select, align, and secure fixtures, tools, and materials on machines.
• Load the appropriate CNC program from the network and set controls.
• Set machining speeds, feeds, and coolant flow; monitor operation.
• Identify malfunctions, troubleshoot, and verify conformance to specs.
