Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of CNC experience, strong blueprint reading, and a commitment to safety and quality. The position offers a base salary with eligibility for an incentive bonus and a 12% shift premium for the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years CNC machining experience.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical docs.
• Proficient in setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC mills and lathes.
• Committed to safety and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CNC mills and lathes, performing setup and routine maintenance.
• Inspect produced parts for conformance using calipers, micrometers, and GD&T guidelines.
• Load and edit programs; verify tool offsets and coordinates.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and adhere to all JM safety policies.
• Participate in monthly safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
