Air Squared Manufacturing, LLC is hiring a CNC Machinist I for 1st and 4th shifts in Thornton, CO. Responsibilities include setting up and running CNC machines, editing programs, and ensuring quality per drawings. Benefits include health, dental, life, and 401(k). Must submit resume. Shift 4 offers a 15% differential.

Pay ranges from $26 to $34 per hour, based on experience. 1st shift: Mon-Thu 5:30am-4:00pm; 4th shift: Fri-Sun 7:00pm-7:30am. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience operating and setting-up CNC mills and/or lathes utilizing conversational programming (required).
• Must submit resume to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC machines on first and fourth shifts; adjust programs as needed.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machine setup and production methods.
• Use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers) to verify first article conformance and quality.
• Complete essential documentation as required.
• Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
• Deburr metal parts after machining.
• Assist in shipping preparation and related duties as needed.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.
