Join Gaishin Manufacturing’s Grand Rapids team and work with Swiss-style and Mill/Turn CNC equipment producing high-quality precision components for the aerospace, medical, agriculture, and defense industries.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Operate Swiss-style and Mill/Turn CNC lathes to produce precision parts.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of CNC operation experience; Swiss-style experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Comfort with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and basic quality checks.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a full shift.

EXPERIENCE THAT STANDS OUT

• Swiss-style lathes or multi-axis machine experience.
• Aerospace or medical manufacturing background.
• Lean manufacturing experience.
