Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for in-person roles in Berrien Springs, MI. Compelling pay varies by shift, with premium for off-hours, and three shifts available. The role involves hands-on operation of Swiss-style and Mill/Turn lathes and collaboration across teams.

You will read blueprints, perform in-process inspections, and adhere to GD&T standards while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This position supports aerospace/medical manufacturing clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CNC operation experience; Swiss-style experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and measurement skills.
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• High attention to detail and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for a full shift.

Responsibilities

CNC Machinist - All Shifts!

Berrien Springs, MI | In-Person | $24.00 - $35.00 /hr | Full-Time

A well established and growing precision manufacturing company serving the aerospace, medical, agriculture, and defense industries is hiring experienced CNC Machinists to join their growing team. Multiple full-time openings are available across three shifts, with shift premiums for off-hours schedules and a team that cares about their people.

1st, 2nd & Weekend shifts available!

What You'll Do:

• Operate CNC Swiss-style and Mill/Turn lathes to produce precision parts
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools

What You Bring:
