Job summary

WEBCO MFG seeks a CNC Machinist to join our machining team in Missouri. You will work M-F, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, operating CNC mills and lathes, reading blueprints, and delivering precise, high-quality machining in line with customer specifications.

Our shop offers an air-conditioned environment, an ESOP, quarterly bonuses, and a strong benefits package. OT opportunities are readily available, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• The ability to work 7am-330pm, M-F.
• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
