Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our machining team. The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime and performance bonuses.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances and ISO 9001 standards in a fully air-conditioned shop. We offer an ESOP, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive environment where employees help drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Strong math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Read blueprints and perform inspections.

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools and equipment (drill press, lathes).
• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts.
• Read blueprints and perform measurements, gauging, inspections to ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
