Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team in Edgerton, KS. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, and involves operating CNC mills and lathes to produce components to exact specifications.

You will read blueprints, measure parts, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and maintain equipment. We offer an ESOP, bonus potential, competitive benefits, and opportunities for OT.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Basic math and following instructions.
• Interpret geometric tolerances.
• Strong precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes and other machinery.
• Read blueprints, perform gauging and inspections.
• Ensure work meets quality standards, instructions and specs.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 regulations.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
