Webco Manufacturing, Inc. in Ottawa, KS is hiring a CNC Machinist to join our team on a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00am–3:30pm. You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and inspect parts to ensure quality and ISO 9001 compliance, contributing to our employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Able to read blueprints and interpret dimensions precisely.
• Strong math skills for measurements and gauging.
• Familiar with geometric tolerancing and inspection methods.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machinery to produce parts.
• Read blueprints and perform measurements, gauging, and inspections.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Maintain and clean machinery and equipment regularly.
• Follow safety procedures and work efficiently to meet customer specs.
• Assist in setup and tooling changes as needed.
