Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team on a Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm schedule. We offer an air-conditioned, professional work environment and an ESOP ownership structure. Quarterly bonus potential and comprehensive benefits are included, with OT opportunities available.

Qualifications

2 years of related CNC machining experience.
Reads blueprints and performs measurements.
Interprets geometric tolerances accurately.
Works with precision and maintains quality.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC mills, lathes and other machinery to produce parts as required.
Read blueprints and perform gauging and inspections.
Maintain and clean machinery and equipment regularly.
Adhere to ISO 9001 quality standards.
Meet customer specifications and delivery timelines.
