Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist in Paola, KS, to join our machining team. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with pay of $30–$40 per hour and opportunities for quarterly bonuses in a growing, employee-owned company.

As a CNC Machinist, you will set up and operate mills and lathes, read blueprints, and inspect parts to ensure they meet ISO 9001 standards. We offer an ESOP, comprehensive benefits, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Interpret Geometric Tolerance accurately.
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
