Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Entry-level role; no experience required.
• Technical: Familiarity with machining techniques, tools and equipment; basic computer literacy.
• Essential skills: strong communication, quality awareness, safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate basic CNC functions according to procedures to produce metal parts.
• Perform repetitive loading/unloading, assembly, and tool operation.
• Conduct basic quality inspections using simple measurement tools.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE usage, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with team, report issues, and support process improvements.
• Flexibility to work overtime and cross-train in other areas.
