Bellmont Cabinets seeks a skilled Sawyer to join our CNC Machining team, focusing on cabinet components and efficient production. You will operate saws, ensure safety, and maintain quality while meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in saw operation or CNC machining, preferably in cabinetry or wood products.
• Willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
• Ability to read production schedules, job cards, and computer interfaces.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Feed material into the saw to accurately cut custom cabinet components.
• Clean and maintain your machine and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and cutting quality.
• Inspect for quality, identifying defects and determining corrective actions.
• Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support production flow and improve quality and efficiency.
• Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.
