Mint Hill Cabinets Inc. in the Charlotte area is seeking a Machine Operator to run CNC router, CNC saw, edge bander, and dowel machine.

You will read drawings and set up equipment to build custom cabinets for kitchens and baths, while keeping equipment in good working order and upholding safety standards. The ideal candidate works well in a team, has shop experience, can lift up to 75 lb, and demonstrates reliability and ownership.

Machine Operator

Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves working with a great team? We are growing and looking for someone to help run our major cabinetmaking equipment, including CNC router, CNC saw, edge bander, and dowel machine. You will read drawings and set up the equipment to help us build custom cabinets that kitchens and baths around the greater Charlotte area! You will also be maintaining the integrity of the equipment you use, making minor repairs to keep everything running, and maintaining a high level of safety in the workplace. The ideal candidate works well in a team and has previous experience in a shop environment.

• Cut, edge band, and dowel custom cabinet parts to our high-quality standards
• Conduct quality control checks to confirm each cabinet meets standards
