Bellmont Cabinets is seeking a skilled Sawyer to join our Machining Department. You will work with top-of-the-line CNC machinery, raw materials, laminates, and other materials to produce high-quality cabinetry components that meet our standards.

We are seeking a skilled Sawyer to join our high-performing Machining Department. What You’ll Do

• Feed material into the saw to accurately cut custom cabinet components.
• Clean and maintain your machine and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and cutting quality.
• Inspect for quality, identifying any defects or issues and determining appropriate corrective actions.
• Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members across your department to support production flow and improve overall quality and efficiency.
• Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes - we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.

Qualifications

• Prior saw operation or CNC machining experience, ideally in cabinetry, wood products, or custom furniture, is a plus. However, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We're committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate.
• Ability to recognize and address common cutting issues to ensure accurate and clean cuts.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
• Comfortable reading production schedules, job cards, and computer interfaces.
• A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
