Job summary

PHD, Inc. Fort Wayne Manufacturing is seeking a CMA Cell employee to machine, assemble, and test high-quality automation products in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role emphasizes safety, learning, and producing parts that meet tightening specifications.

The position runs 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with wage progression and annual increases after training, including a wage of up to $28.31 per hour and 2% yearly raises through 2028.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with blueprints and manufacturing docs.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to pass pre-employment math assessment.
• Must have or be able to obtain machining certifications (PFH 4800s, BND, CMA Assembly, Versa-Cut, Mori SL154-2).

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other equipment to manufacture parts.
• Assemble and test products in CMA cell per instructions.
• Maintain certifications and ensure QA standards are met.
