Qualifications

  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Knowledge of micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
  • Must pass company math assessment.
  • Ability to set feeds and speeds.
  • Ability to machine parts to print specifications.
  • Ability to inspect components and verify quality.

Responsibilities

  • Machine components on CNC mills and lathes per engineering specs.
  • Assemble and test products in CMA cell per work instructions.
  • Obtain and maintain required equipment certifications.
  • Ensure part quality using precision measuring instruments.
  • Change tooling and operate machines safely and efficiently.
  • Read blueprints and manufacturing docs to guide work.
  • Access job databases for production workflow and inventory.
