Responsibilities

• Operate Haas and ShopSabre CNC machines.
• Machine aluminum and carbon fiber components used in drone applications.
• Set up jobs, load programs, set tools/offsets, and prove out first parts.
• Design and build fixtures and jigs for accurate, repeatable machining.
• Read drawings and inspect parts with precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machining/setup issues and improve manufacturability.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize cycle times and tooling.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and dust control when machining carbon fiber.
