Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes in a precision environment, with strong GD&T and documentation.

You will work on aerospace components using aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, with emphasis on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CNC machining experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Proficient reading blueprints and GD&T; follow travelers and work instructions.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes with correct offsets and tool changes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce aerospace components.
• Machine parts to tight tolerances per blueprints, GD&T, travelers, and work instructions.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic program edits.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and document results.
• Maintain compliance with AS9100, safety and quality standards.
