Qualifications

• Experience setting up CNC mills and lathes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers to produce aerospace components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, GD&T, and work instructions.
• Load, edit, and adjust CNC programs, tooling, fixtures, and offsets to maintain accuracy.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and document production data.
• Follow safety, quality, lean practices, and routine machine maintenance.
