Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for a direct hire opportunity in Valencia, CA, supporting precision manufacturing for the aerospace and defense industry. This role is ideal for a machinist with strong setup, operation, blueprint reading, and inspection experience who takes pride in producing high-tolerance components used in aircraft, spacecraft, and defense systems.

The CNC Machinist will work in a quality-focused manufacturing environment where accuracy, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are essential. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on machining, collaborating with engineering and quality teams, and contributing to complex aerospace production work.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi‑axis machining centers to produce precision aerospace components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions to meet customer and quality requirements.
• Load, edit, and adjust CNC programs, tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Perform first‑piece, in‑process, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, CMM equipment, and other precision measuring tools.
• Monitor machining operations, troubleshoot issues, document production data, and report nonconforming conditions.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, lean manufacturing practices, and routine machine maintenance requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Pay range: $30 to $32 per hour.
• Location: Valencia, CA.
