• 5 - 7+ years of experience operating 5 Axis Machining Centers.
• 5 - 7+ years of programming experience using Mastercam.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program and run 5-Axis Machining Centers.
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation using measuring instruments.
• Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications.

We’re looking for experienced CNC Machinists to join our team of approx. 70+ skilled machinists in our safe, friendly, and climate-controlled advanced manufacturing facilities.

Based in Cedarburg, WI, our team will look to you to support the manufacturing of high-quality parts including engine components, mold tooling, complex mechanisms, enclosures and more by creating CNC Mill programs, identifying required tooling, and maintaining accurate inspection documentation.

Starting pay ranges from $34 - $40/hr with generous perks and benefits including:

What You Need To Succeed

• 5 - 7+ years of experience operating 5 Axis Machining Centers is required
• 5 - 7+ years of experience programming using Mastercam is required.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
• Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.
  
  

Responsibilities Include

• Set up, Program and Run 5-Axis Machining Centers.
• Review part specification and requirements.
• Setup work piece, create machining center sequence and tool selection.
• Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications.
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation using measuring instruments.
• Operate forklift - training and certification will be provided
• Maintain a safe working environment
