Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace, a global manufacturer of aerospace engine components, is seeking a Machine Operator in Thomasville, GA. You will set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathes and mill-turn centers to produce precision aerospace parts, interpreting blueprints and following strict quality standards.

Work entails high attention to detail, safety, and collaboration with quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to meet delivery goals and continuous improvement objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• U.S. work authorization for full-time employment now and in the future.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC and/or manual machining equipment to produce aerospace components.
• Interpret engineering drawings and process specifications to ensure part quality.
• Use precision measuring tools to perform in-process and final inspections.
• Perform machine offsets and tool changes to maintain product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area following 5S and EHS policies.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
