Pursuit Aerospace in Thomasville, GA is hiring CNC Machinists across multiple levels. You will run machines, read blueprints, and inspect parts in a demanding manufacturing setting. The role offers growth into advanced operations with on-site shifts.

First shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for II and III levels. Requires consent to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and ITAR/EAR compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Level-based experience: Machinist I – no experience; Machinist II – 3+ years CNC operation; Machinist III – 5+ years CNC operation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process documentation.
• Operate manual and CNC machine tools for precision machining (turning, milling, boring, drilling).
• Set up machines and adjust tools according to skill level.
• Measure and verify tolerance with precision instruments.
• Inspect parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe manufacturing environment and follow safety requirements.
• Assist with routine machine maintenance and basic repairs.
