Job summary

Harvey Performance Company, LLC in Gorham, ME is seeking a CNC Machinist for a Friday–Sunday, 3-day weekend schedule on a full-time basis. You will set up and operate Walters and Rollomatic CNC grinders in a high-volume production environment, performing first-piece inspection and supporting continuous improvement projects.

Associates degree in Machine Tool Technology or relevant experience is required, with strong attention to detail and the ability to read engineering docs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Machine Tool Technology or relevant industry experience.
• Ability to follow engineering documents such as product drawings, process sheets, and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Willingness to be cross-trained and work with all departments to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Create, setup, and maintain operation of CNC tool and cutter grinders in a high-volume production environment with Walters and Rollomatic machines.
• Assist manufacturing engineering in continuous improvement practices.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspection during manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot new product manufacturing processes and methodologies.
