Job summary

Harvey Performance Company is hiring CNC Machinists to set up and operate advanced CNC grinders in a high-volume, climate-controlled facility in Gorham, ME. You will work with Walters and Rollomatic machines and support engineering on improvements while ensuring quality in every piece.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Machine Tool Technology or relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in reading engineering documents such as product drawings and process sheets.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, setup, and maintain operation of CNC tool and cutter grinders in a high-volume production environment using Walters and Rollomatic machines.
• Assist manufacturing engineering in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspection during manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot new product manufacturing processes and methodologies.
